The Specialty Training Committee serves as an Advisory Committee to the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery in the management of its resident training program. The Committee meets at least four times a year and reports regularly to the full Department. It consists of the Program Director, a representative staff from each of the other teaching hospitals, and two (2) elected resident representatives. This Committee plans seminars, determines policies and interacts between the residents, hospitals, university and the Royal College.
